Amos Adamu Criticises Nigeria Football Federation(NFF): Rohr doesn't have the pedigree to coach Super Eagles, he'll lead them to failure.

Ex FIFA and CAF executive member Amos Adamu has criticised the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) for appinting Gernot Rohr as the new handler of the Nigeria’s senior men national team.

Gernot was appointed the technical adviser of the Super Eagles and signed a  two-year contract that will reportedly pay him $47,000 a month to lead Nigeria through the 2018 World Cup qualifiers .

Some communities in Niger state have been ravaged by flood following rainfall that lasted well over 24 hours. The rainfall began on Friday August 26th and did not stop until late Saturday August 27th. Many farmlands in the affected communities have been destroyed by the flood.

Report: Negotiations/dialogue will commence whenever Nigeria shows readiness - Niger Delta Avengers

Niger Delta Avengers spokesperson, Brig Gen Mudoch Agbinibo, released a statement today, saying the militant group will commence negotiations whenever the Nigerian government shows readiness.

The group also reacted to a statement signed and released by one Ballatyne Agiri, which claimed that Nobel laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka and other prominent figures have been named as members of the commitee to dialogue with the FG on behalf of the Niger Delta Avengers, as well as other splinter militants groups in the oil producing zone.
